New New York

 

New New York is a coastal city with an open and democratic republic style of government. Civil rights are considered to be well-protected and political freedoms held sacrosanct. Compassion is what is used to generally surmise the people of NNY. 

 

NNY looks forward to providing an open government. Our administration is looking to push a way that our citizens can connect to their representatives. NNY also has streamlined our systems to ensure the most update operating systems are being used. 

 

We pride ourself as being at the forefront of modern education. Within the society of NNY, education is among the highest priority in one's life. All education is heavily subsidized by the government. State schooling is free from primary to further education at undergraduate and graduate levels. Education is mandatory for all citizens up to the age of 20 or upon graduation from an accredited university. Students are required to take a minmum of three years worth of information technology.  

 

New New York is focused on increasing the efficiency of the city's transportation and dedicated to the pursuit of a city with out the need for personal vehicles. Public transit is well-managed and inexpensive, providing an alternate means of travel to work or just around the city. 

 

Discrimination or any type of  'hate-crime' is frowned upon greatly and is a possibly jailable offense. The NNYPD is well-funded and keeps the peace in the city after going through intense sensitivity training. 

 

The people of NNY are politically active and have no fear of voicing their opinions in public or private. The freedom of press and religion are also held to be near untouchable. 

 

The right to religion if also respected with no driscrimination or religious-based legislation being implemented to ensure that the NNY remains neutral for all beleivers and those without faith. 

 

Another important point about New New York is that the city is very environmentally aware, all buildings are built with the design of working around nature as much as possible and to even be inclusive of the natural greenery.
